Merge Readme.of txt and readme_split_rendering.txt
The Readme.txt file does not contain information about the ISAR split rendering solution. This information is part of readme_split_rendering.txt which is however not part of the delivery package by default.
It is proposed to move the ISAR information from readme_split_rendering.txt to readme.txt and remove readme_split_rendering.txt.
