Add self_test_evs.prm to MR pipeline, not allowed to fail

We added the longer EVS BE test to run on main, but we should check the self_test.py variant with self_test_evs.prm. The difference should be that it is not allowed to fail even if the merge request is tagged with [Non-BE].
