Disclaimer missing for external renderer

The disclaimer and its printing is missing for the renderer.

I suggest to add it similarly as it exists for the encoder and decoder. It would help to clearly see the version of the codec application currently run.

Note: there is no disclaimer for the SR post-renderer but the IVAS disclaimer is not probably appropriate for it as it is ISAR related.
