Object editing broken in JBM

The object editing is broken in JBM and does not work as expected.

It seems that changes related to the introduction of function IVAS_DEC_ReadFormat() and memory optimization of binary HRTFs loading are not compatible with the object editing logic used in IVAS_DEC_VoIP_GetSamples().
