artifact in one ambisonics channel in OSBA EXT output

When coding and decoding OSBA to EXT at 384 kbps, a pronounced artifact appears in the 16th Ambisonics output channel. It does not appear in the BASOP code. It was found because of the high MLD between float and BASOP.
