IVAS_rend custom loudspeaker layouts do not work with MASA input

When trying to use custom loudspeaker layouts e.g. scripts/ls_layouts/cicp6.txt IVAS_rend just produces an error with MASA input.

E.g. when trying to render MASA 2TC signal via custom loudspeaker condfiguration using following command line: build/IVAS_rend -if MASA2 -fs 48 -no_delay_cmp -i StereoMASA_2Dir/02_ZZTop.pcm -im StereoMASA_2Dir/02_ZZTop.met -of scripts/ls_layouts/cicp6.txt -o 02_ZZTop_5_1.wav

following error is produced: “IVAS_REND_AddInput failed: Unknown error”
