External renderer does not use directivity and distance attenuation configuration

While preparing the 6-DoF rendering test, where the reference is prepared with IVAS_rend, we found that the external renderer does not apply the directivity and distance attenuation settings. This is critical for the characterization testing. The fix should be quite simple, though, just adding the call to the configuration in renderer.c.
