Bug description

With CODE_IMPROVEMENTS active, all complexity measurement jobs fail for all 48kHz input signals. See pipeline: https://forge.3gpp.org/rep/ivas-codec-pc/ivas-codec/-/pipelines/57863.

The error message from the encoder is:

Invalid usage of pop_stack()

This is from some WMC tool code in lib_debug/wmc_auto.c.
