SBA mono detector test cases (stv and ltv) are missing

!2177 (merged) added a stv for one part of sba mono detection.

This issue is to check if SBA mono mode is triggered with ltv. Furthermore, additional stv needs to be added to trigger other parts of SBA mono mode.
