Use-of-uninitialized-value in ivas_binaural_reverb_init()

This issue is a copy from sa4/audio/ivas-basop#1995 (closed) where the memory sanitizer LTV job found a use of uninit value error.

The fix sa4/audio/ivas-basop!2203 (merged) needs to propagate into the float repository.
