Improve SBA DTX code coverage

After code coverage analysis, it was noticed that current self tests do not hit DTX for SBA (Not sure what's the situation with non SBA formats w.r.t DTX). This ticket is to improve SBA DTX code coverage by modifying existing tests using pytest framework.
