Bandwidth detector strikes again

Also with the test-items for the characterization, the IVAS bandwidth detector kicks in where it ideally shouldn't. Here is an example for MASA 48 kbit/s, 1 TC:

Starting at 8s, the bandwidth gets reduced from FB to WB, which is for me (as an old man) still audible.
