Audible plops and clicks in stereo at 24.4kbps with DTX likely due to stereo switching

There are plops and clicks in characterization item, coded with unified stereo at 24.4kbps. Looking at the spectrogram these artifacts most likely occur from switching from DFT stereo to LRTD. Plop happens at frame 1070 and click at frame 1117 both at the right channel as can be seen in the spectrogram:
