[CI] Ivas-conformance pipeline failing with the added rtpdump tests

The ivas-conformance pipeline is failing in main with the added rtpdump tests (see 5b33b16e ). The issue seems to be originating from test_26252 https://forge.3gpp.org/rep/ivas-codec-pc/ivas-codec/-/jobs/591065/viewer#L31668.
