Failed sanitizer test on main

The sanitizer tests were recently introduced into the main pipeline but we did not establish a procedure how and who will solve them...

For the moment, there is a failure on the main starting from last Saturday: see pipeline #9437 (https://forge.3gpp.org/rep/ivas-codec-pc/ivas-codec/-/jobs/33251).

It seems to me that the report does not contain the exact command-line and the error itself. Would it be possible to add this information to the report for easier and faster debugging?
