Multi-pose ring buffer declarations should be moved

Multi-pose ring buffer declarations should be placed in ivas_rend_prot.h. Though it is the case for the TD renderer ones, the CLDFB renderer declarations should be moved from in ivas_prot.h.in ivas_rend_prot.h.
