Wrong IVAS_cod printout help for supported DTX bitrates

The printout of IVAS_cod (both floating-point and fixed-point code) help for DTX says:

"Note: DTX is supported in EVS, stereo, ISM, SBA up to 80kbps and MASA up to 128kbps".

However, the specs (26.253), "Table 4.2-3DTX support overview in the IVAS codec" shows support up to 256 kbps for Stereo, up to 80 kbps for SBA and up to 512 kbps for ISMs and MASA. From a preliminary check of the code, it is the printout that seems incorrect.
