Various error checks wrong in IVAS_rend for render_config use

Bug description

There are various error check related to IVAS_REND_SetReverbRoomSize wrong and they are also mismatching between float and BASOP. As the renderer defaults are not yet working correctly (see MR !2417 (merged) tackling that), these may not show up in the results that much but regardless, good to fix already.

Ways to reproduce

Run IVAS_rend with render config option active.
