PROM from lib_rend not reported

Bug description

When running the instrumented code, the PROM that is part of the lib_rend is not counted. It needs to be added to the reporting function I think.

Ways to reproduce

• scripts/prepare_instrumentation.sh
• Compile scripts/c-code_instrument
• Run scripts/c-code_instrument/IVAS_dec with any input
