McMASA SCE crash when bitrate switching is active

When bit rate switching is active and the current BW is SWB and the MC mode is McMASA, the encoder can crash in the SCE coding of the center channel (happens e.g. 7.1+4 SWB coding in a frame with a bit rate of 32kbps, where there as far as I know the separate SCE channel should not be active, so probably there is still a problem of setting the separate channel coding correctly on a switch to McMASA).
