Add patterns for MC bitrate switching

Related to the discussion about adding tests for MC bitrate switching !333 (merged): new self-tests are needed to verify the recently merged functionality.

Tasks:

• New switching pattern to cover all transitions between the main technologies (McMASA 1/2/3-ch, ParamMC, MCT).
• Add new self-test cases
