code coverage: EVS / AMR-WB switching

The code coverage test reports that the switching between EVS native modes and EVS AMR-WB IO modes is not covered.

This should not be a problem as this scenario is tested in EVS BE test. Still, I think that a new self-test condition should be added to execute it in the code coverage test.
