Logfiles missing in memory test

A part of Complexity Reports are graphs with memory consumption. In particular, the graph with RAM numbers is interesting for deeper analysis but the log-file is not available - the link in the tooltip points out to

The page you're looking for could not be found.

After the WMC tool update and more memory categories were defined, it would be useful to have the log-file available.
