[rendering] update `generate_crend_ivas_tables_from_sofa.c` to create a binary blob

The Crend table generator tool should be updated to produce a binary blob, similar to what currently exists for the TD object renderer for use with the Table_Format_Converter to generate an aggregated binary blob for use with -hrtf under the new HRTF_BINARY_FILE switch.
