Update of mem_analysis.m

Creating an issue to be able to share files, since Python scripts seem to be filtered out in emails.
I had a look at a memory analysis in MATLAB without the readlines function. Please let me know if the attached mem_analysis2.m works better. I also tried writing it in Python in the attached mem_analysis.py, but I struggled a bit with the matplotlib. If you have more experience with this perhaps you have a better idea how to display it.
