Unused test-vectors

The folder scripts/testv contains several test-vectors that seem to be currently not used during the self-test testing. I am wondering if they were intended to replace the original test-vectors, if new self-test conditions were intended to be added, or if the files are simply overlooked and should be removed.

1. Test-vectors starting with test_* were committed on Jun 21 and altered on Aug 23 by @kiene.
2. Test-vectors dirac_12ch_x.wav and test_8ch_x.wav were committed on Oct 26 by @muxe6256 as part of #59 (closed) exercise (fix rounding on lfe delay computation).
