Improved SBA-to-Mono output

Unlike stereo, mono output for SBA is currently still going through the spatial upmixing and rendering stages. This currently causes mono output to have more delay and higher complexity than stereo output. Therefore, the processing should be adapted in a similar manner as stereo.
