Remove/cleanup of pyaudio3dtools scripts

With the addition of the new scripts repository, the existing pyaudio3dtools scripts should be removed from this repository to avoid maintenance of two versions.

Any functionality relying on audio3dtools in tests needs to be double checked and adjusted accordingly.
