Add ISM extended metadata to ivas_modes.json for complexity tests

Using the extended metadata is now included in the self_test.prm file, but it is not included in the smoke test and the complexity test. For the smoke test we should simply add it, and hopefully the runtime increase will not be dramatic. For the complexity tests we should run with extended metadata only, since the complexity should be slightly higher for these cases.

A
