MASA bitrate switching not reconfiguring renderer
Bug description
When bitrate switching takes place with MASA content, the renderer is not reconfigured. This triggers an error in the case renderer to be used should change. An example case is MONO output from content with 2 transport channels when the rate switching is between (13k2 or 16k4) and any higher rate.

- MASA content with 2 transport channels
- bitrate switching from 13.2 kbps to >=24.4 kbps
- output to MONO
