Implement missing MASA EXT output for JBM operation

As the contribution 37 for JBM has been now merged to main in merge request !581 (merged), this ticket will now cover the agreed missing feature of MASA EXT output. As discussed, Nokia is already working on this and will provide the implementation as soon as possible.
