Coding of mono signal embedded in ambisonic input

When the ambisonics input is actually a mono signal, i.e. has energy only in the W channel, leakage into other channels can occur. This is because of the limited accuracy of the quantized diffuseness. In order to avoid this problem, the presence of a mono signal is detected at the encoder side and signaled to the decoder.
