MASA rate switching with JBM crashes in smoke test

Bug description

Seems that due to a missing wmc_auto include, smoke test was not run for a couple of merges and this allowed a bug to go into main. It looks like MASA with rate switching and JBM has some crashes. No details is provided by smoke test so further inspection will reveal them.
