lc3plus folder

The lc3plus folder status in the main folder needs a clarification:

  1. if it is supposed to stay in the main folder, then it
  • should read as lib_lc3plus,
  • Readme.txt should be updated accordingly
  • automatic complexity report should clarify the memory for lib_rend being actually lib_rend+lc3folder

or

  1. be moved under lib_rend folder
