Set up BE to Selection Tests with DEBUGGING disabled

This might be seen as a subtask to #341 (closed):

We need to urgently set up tests with DEBUGGING disabled, in order to check whether we can safely remove or disable the DEBUGGING-switch in options.h for the delivery.

Since @kiene in currently on vacation: Could please somebody at Dolby/Ericsson/Nokia/VoiceAge help out?
