Network simulator does not support 512 kbps

When running the Windows network simulator from tools\win32\networkSimulator_g192.exe using a bitstream containing 512 kbps rate, it outputs the following error message:

Frame is too large: size=10240

Consequently, it is not possible to run the self-test locally in a Windows environment.

Linux executable works fine.
