Split Pre-rendering uses wrong combined orientation for MC input

Split Pre-rendering for MC in lib_rend.c and 7.1, 5.1, and custom LS layouts does not use the correct modified combined orientation but the unmodified one because an assignement of the combined orientation to the correct local pointer is missing in this case. https://forge.3gpp.org/rep/ivas-codec-pc/ivas-codec/-/blob/main/lib_rend/lib_rend.c#L6857
