Bug description

Decoder crashes after goto cleanup call when running with visual studio debugger. Error seems to originate from !908 (diffs).

Error is silent when running on commandline but may appear in sanitizer tests.

Ways to reproduce

Run decoder with visual studio debugger with e.g

IVAS_dec.exe BINAURAL_TYPO 48 bit out.wav
