RENDER_CONFIG_HANDLE defined twice

The renderer config handle is defined twice, once as RENDER_CONFIG_HANDLE and once as IVAS_RENDER_CONFIG_HANDLE.

Similarly, handles ivas_roomAcoustics_t and IVAS_ROOM_ACOUSTICS_CONFIG_DATA are identical similarly as ivas_renderTypeOverride and IVAS_RENDER_TYPE_OVERRIDE.

This should be harmonized.
