Output configs in ivas_modes.json are not complete

In scripts/config/ivas_modes.json, default parameters for the pyivastest-based scripts are defined, including the possible default output modes. Those are incomplete in the sense that they do not include all possible output configs for all modes. Some tests, especially the smoke test, rely on this file to manage their testcases. To have these output configs tested for general crashes, the missing output configs should be added to ivas_modes.json.
