Add new scheduled sanitizer tests for FOA, HOA2 and combined formats

Combined formats are missing completely in the scheduled sanitizer test runs. SBA only has HOA3, but not FOA and HOA2. To fit these tests in with the other schedules, the existing ones need to be reworked.
