MASA 2TC bitrate switching crashes in decoder

Description
Seems that bitrate switching for MASA 2TC case has broken again at some point. This results in segmentation fault. Fix for this is already prepared and will be pushed soon.
How to reproduce
Using the provided switching profile and the files from testv.
