Bug description

ParamUpmix uses the fastconv binaural renderer in the ambisonics domain when head rotation is enabled. In this case the decoded MC signal is converted inside the central ParamUpmix decoding function to HOA3. In ivas_dec() the rendered binaural signal plus what is left in the output channels of the intermediate HOA3 signal again runs through a MC->SBA conversion because a clause to prevent this is missing here.
