MASA BR switching crashes with instrumented code

The complexity measurements for MASA fail because of a crash in the BR switching condition, see here https://forge.3gpp.org/rep/ivas-codec-pc/ivas-codec/-/jobs/170243.

Running

./IVAS_cod -masa 2 ivas-pc-testfiles/ltv48_MASA2TC.met -max_band fb scripts/switchPaths/sw_13k2_512k.bin 48 ltv48_MASA2TC.wav /local/knj/ivas-codec/COMPLEXITY/enc/ltv48_MASA2TC_MASA_2TC_ball_fb_rs.192

results in a crash when the codec has been instrumented with the wmc tool, but does not when running normally or when built with sanitizers only. Could be both a problem in MASA or with the WMC tool itself, so tagging both VA and Nokia here.
