reverberator not active with BINAURAL_ROOM_IR output

Bug description

the reverberator part of the fastconv render is not initialized for SBA and ParamMC with BINAURAL_ROOM_IR output. Therefore, the modeled part of the IRs is not considered at all. The measured IRs are not reproduced correctly.
