External command-line options in UPPER case letters

The external command-line options accept only options written in lower-case letters.

  1. The decoder command-line options accept both lower and upper cases
  2. The external renderer option for head tracking is not able to read -T option and returns an error

It is proposed to adopt the logic from the decoder to the external renderer.
