ParamMC to arbitrary LS configuration output does not use the correct LFE index

Bug description

The ParamMC synthesis transfers the output LS configuration to the internal one if the LS conversion in the covariance domain is used. In this case the LFE index of the arbitrary LS configuration is missing in the transfer.
