Generate coverage for short test vectors as part of coverage job

The short test vector set will be the basis for the conformance test of 26.252 Codec for Immersive Voice and Audio Services - Test sequences. The current coverage job is extended using the long test vectors, but the coverage of the short test vectors can be extracted from the same job by collecting the counters in an additional report.
