Split rendering not working correctly with MC and ISM modes.

Split rendering doesn't work for MC and ISM with these issues:

  • LFE handling in MC in split rendering mode
    • LFE is not getting added in 7.1 and 5.1 cases.
  • Rotation in MC split rendering mode
    • Rotation buffer is not getting initialized with zeroes for every pose and keeps accumulating the output.
  • Limiter placement in external renderer in split rendering mode
    • Limiter placement is before split pre-rendering in external renderer which seems wrong. It should be after split pre-rendering.
  • MD tuning in ISM mode
    • Split rendering pose correction MD needs fine tuning in ISM mode
