Differences between 5ms and 20ms rendering for ParamUpmix

Bug description

With the limiter disabled, rendering to 5ms and to 20ms is not BE for ParamUpmix

Ways to reproduce

Disable the limiter by adding

#define DISABLE_LIMITER

to options.h

Run ParamMC to any output invoking the ParamUpmix sythesis with -fr 5 and -fr 20, outputs will not be BE
